Trejrumbina (Trejrumbiņa)
In short
A little-known, charming natural landmark is Trejrumbina – a cascade with three steps at the bank of Riežupe River. The last step is right at the bank of the river and provides a fine view from the other side of Riežupe.

In detail
Trejrumbina is a small jewel of nature that is known just to a few and is not very easy to reach. After struggling through the thick bush and crossing a beaver dam along the banks of the Riežupe River on the opposite bank of the river is seen an unusual sight for Latvia: a small waterfall that falls almost directly into the river.
Similar to the nearby Riežupe Waterfall and Veldze Waterfall, these falls have formed on the Middle Devonian dolostone of Pļaviņas Stage.
Trejrumbina has three cascades – the uppermost is 0.55 m high (yes, all is measured!), the middle one is 1 m high, and the last one is 1.6 m high. The last fall has formed a niche.
