Gdansk St Mary’s Church
Third largest brick church in the world, an enormous Gothic structure constructed in 1379 – 1502. 25,000 people can fit inside the church. Very impressive, intricate vault system.
Onneto Hot Falls and springs (Yuno-taki waterfall)
Hot waterfall, formed by hot springs. Height – 30 m. Unique process of manganese ore formation is ongoing at the spring and waterfall.
Gocta Falls
A very high waterfall with a measured height of 771 meters. Waterfall has two drops, the tallest one is 540 m tall.
Hammam Meskhoutine (Hammam Meskoutine)
Group of hot springs that have formed giant travertine terraces. The discharge of the hottest spring (98° C) is 1650 l/min. Used for bathing since Roman times.
Gouina Falls
Magnificent falls on Senegal River, approximately 500 m wide and 16 m tall.
Abismo Guy Collet
The deepest cave in South America and deepest quartzite cave in the world, explored up to 671 meters deep.
Eldorado Falls (Aracá Falls)
A powerful, 353 m tall fall with a single plunge. Discovered recently, around 2000 AD.
Desabamento Falls
One of the greatest waterfalls of Serra do Aracá, an approximately 200 m tall waterfall.
Blakitnaja Krynica (Blue Well)
Powerful, picturesque spring, considered to be the most powerful spring in East European Plain. Output – around 60 l/s. Site of legends, sacred place.
Sima Aonda
383 meters deep, ancient quartzite sinkhole. The stream that flows through it, emerges at one side of the steep wall of Auyantepui and here, in the open air, it falls down for some 100 m.
